up at 8.30 am.     to iTunes.   9.23 am to  10 05 am online.  From 10 21  am to 1215 pm to kings way food bank then got free lunch today was some kind of pasta stuff.  12.15 pm to 1.00 pm food away.  1.00 pm to 2,30 pm laid down. 3.00 pm to 3.40 pm had shower.  3.40 pm to 4.50 pm to get Chinese food.  5.03 pm to 5.43 pm had the  Chinese had egg roll and chicken fried rice and chicken chow main and  Breaded shrimp at the great wall for $ 10 .16   60pm to 1100pm home videos on DVDs. 11.00 pm to 11.32  pm the  news
