Somewhere between 4 AM and 5:30 AM yesterday morning I finally zonked out. Woke up around 1 something to pee and answer a text. Back asleep till 9:30 PM. Fuck was it needed!
Work was decent last night. Had chicken when I got off this morning. Watched the boob tube and read some. Took two otc sleeping pills and now I wait till they kick in.
I’ve no plans for anything after work this week except get my Paxil filled. It’s a bit nice to have no agenda. Kinda like how I live my life. In the moment making it up as I go.
